Our guest house which is located in Bolu-Yedigöller National Park is the most suitable place for the nature lover travellers. Habitat Mesire, the only guest house in The Yedigöller National Park, is providing the accommodation of 90 people with 18 bungalow houses since 2015.

Where is Yedigöller?
The Yedigöller National Park is located in the northern part of Bolu Province in Turkey with 2019 hectare area. The park is categorized under IUCN II and was established in 1965. The park is best known for the seven lakes formed by landslides and for its profusion of plant life. The name of the lakes lined up from north to south are: Seringöl, Büyükgöl, Deringöl, Nazlıgöl, Kurugöl, İncegöl ve Sazlıgöl.  

Transportation to Yedigöller
The access to The Yedigöller National Park is from the Yeniçağ road, 152 kilometres (94 mi) from the Ankara – Istanbul highway. During the winter the alternate road is only from the Yeniçağ – Mengen – Yazıcık road. It is 42 kilometres (26 mi) to the north of Bolu.  

Formation of the lakes
The geological structure of the area is mostly formed with serpantines and volcanic rocks. The lakes are landslide lakes formed after the covering up the anterior side of the valley with the moved lands due to the ground motion.  

Flora and Fauna
The vegetation consists of beech trees, oaks, hornbeams, firs, elms, hazel nuts, spruces, alders, lime trees, black pines and Scotch pines. Wildlife within the park includes, but is not limited to, red deer, roe deer, wild boar, brown bears, wolves, red fox, lynx, jungle cats, otters and squirrels. As result of better protection conditions in the park the population of animals has increased. The park has an exclusive protected area for deer. A trout farm has also been established in the park.  

What to do in Yedigoller?
The Yedigoller National Park is suitable for camping, one-day trip and trekking purposes. Photograpy is also a favorable activity especially in the season of autumn thanks to riot of colors due to mixed flora of the park.
